These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 5bwm governing your access to and use of the 5bwm online gaming platform. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering an account with 5bwm, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. If any of these requirements cease to be satisfied, you are obligated to cease use of the Platform immediately and notify 5bwm support at [email protected].
Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the 5bwm Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances in excess of net deposits.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number or email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 5bwm will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You agree to notify 5bwm immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
5bwm reserves the right to verify your identity at any point by requesting government-issued identification documents. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction until verification is complete.
All financial transactions on the 5bwm Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 5bwm accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT, subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction.
Deposits are credited to your 5bwm Wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 5bwm is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank-side processing times.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
5bwm does not apply hidden processing fees on standard PHP deposits or withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya. However, the payment provider itself may apply its own transaction fees, over which 5bwm has no control.
5bwm may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, or other incentives to registered Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the point of the offer. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion.
General bonus conditions applicable across all 5bwm promotions unless otherwise specified:
All games available on the 5bwm Platform — including but not limited to live dealer games, slot titles, crash games, bingo, and fishing games — are governed by their respective game rules as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing Wagers.
All RNG-based games on the 5bwm Platform use independently certified Random Number Generation systems. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and cannot be manipulated by 5bwm or any Player. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers operating from professional studio environments, and results are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheel, etc.) in real time.
In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during an active game round, 5bwm will apply the following resolution policy: if the round outcome can be determined from server-side logs, the outcome will be honored; if the round cannot be completed or verified, the Wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Wallet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5bwm Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
5bwm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraud, account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or at the Player's own request.
In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 5bwm reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, undisputed balances exceeding deposited amounts (net of withdrawals) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 5bwm support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding verification or withdrawal requests.
5bwm is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. Gambling is intended as entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.
5bwm provides the following responsible gaming facilities to all registered Players:
All content on the 5bwm Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of 5bwm or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or license to reproduce, distribute, or modify any 5bwm intellectual property without prior written consent.
Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, Evolution Gaming, etc.) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to 5bwm for display on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5bwm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from: game outcomes, network interruptions, third-party payment processing delays, or unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
5bwm's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section excludes 5bwm's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
5bwm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5bwm does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by law, with licensed payment processors for transaction processing, or with identity verification service providers as part of AML compliance obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the jurisdiction in which 5bwm is licensed. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under Philippine law.
5bwm operates within the regulatory context established by PAGCOR for online gaming platforms serving Filipino players. Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
5bwm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 5bwm will provide notice through the Platform and, where possible, via registered email. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at 5bwm.one/terms-conditions. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 8.

Each individual is permitted one 5bwm Account. Duplicate accounts result in suspension and balance forfeiture. Sharing accounts or playing on behalf of another person is not permitted.
